The Redington Minnow Youth Fly Fishing Outfit is specifically designed to help introduce young anglers to the sport of fly fishing. These Minnow rods are built on a medium-fast graphite blank and features silicon carbide stripping guides and an AA grade cork grip with wood insert and aluminum reel seat. The grip is designed smaller to specifically fit a child's hand.

Each outfit includes a medium-fast action Minnow rod, a durable large arbor Crosswater disc drag reel that comes pre-loaded with Rio backing, weight-forward floating fly line, a knotless tapered leader and a rod sock for storage. The outfit also includes fun casting games and cut-out targets to help with developing casting skills.

Redington Crosswater Fly Reels feature durable graphite spool and frame construction with a large arbor design. The strong center disc drag helps to put the brakes on hard charging fish. These reels are easily converted from left to right hand retrieve.
